Fast-RISING Ghanaian actress Regina Yawa Azaklo has set her eyes on the global stage.
According to her, she is poised to take her career to a higher height in the movie industry.
Speaking to The Spectator Agoro, she said for that reason, she left no stone unturned in her budding career.
Ms.Azaklo who was recently adjudged Best Supporting Actress at GH Media School’s Student Movie Awards Night, said this achievement serves as a significant milestone in her journey towards success.
“My ultimate goal is to achieve global recognition and numerous accolades in the industry,” she revealed.
Currently, she is working on a new project titled “Emerald” showcasing her dedication to her craft and her commitment to reaching new heights in her career.
The talented and up-and-coming actress hails from the Volta region of Ghana.
Her passion for the world of acting blossomed at a young age during her time in Junior High School and continued to grow throughout her high school years.
She further honed her skills by enrolling at GH Media School, where she pursued a diploma certificate in journalism and Media Arts.
Regina had the privilege of enhancing her practical skills in stage acting at the prestigious National Theatre of Ghana, where she was featured in popular plays such as “The Gods Are Not to Blame” and “Oliver Twist.”
The budding actress also made a name for herself in the world of film,starring in various movies and television series including “Strange World,” “Akorfa,” and “Double Dealing” among others.
