At the launch held at the Voco Paris Intercontinental Hotel in Paris last week, Nana Obokese Ampah, Apagyahen of Asebu Traditional Area, was unveiled as the Cultural Ambassador of the Adamfopa Talent Quest Show.

The talent search was created by Adamfopa Media Paris’s operators, Groupe Adamfopa Services, based in Paris, with the goal of identifying, supporting, and advancing talented African and Ghanaian artistes residing in Europe.

Yaw Asamoah Bannor, General Manager of Adamfopa Media, stressed during the launch that the goal of the reality show is to reconnect African-American youth living in Europe with their culture, customs, and way of life.

This includes helping them to develop and promote their African heritage, particularly those who were born and raised in the diaspora.

He claims that the competitors will display their skills in acting, dancing, poetry, music, and other artistic or entertainment categories during the event.

The primary goal of the competition, according to Yaw Asamoah Bannor, better known by his stage name Wofadinho, is to provide gifted young African and Ghanaian youngsters in Europe a greater platform.

Although happy with the attendance, the general manager of Adamfopa expressed sadness that some brand ambassadors and guests, such as Jupitar, Samini, Pinky Pecks, and the dancing duet Allo Danny and Serwaa, were unable to attend because of complications with their visa appointments.

According to Wofadinho, the winner of the competition will get the chance to collaborate on a song with some well-known Ghanaian artistes and perform alongside a foreign act at the event’s conclusion.

He continued by saying that interested parties can register and choose their categories on the Adamfopa Media website.
