Akosombo Dam Spillage: Speaker Bagbin supports affected communities with GH₵ 100,000
The Rt Hon Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin on behalf of Parliament has donated an amount of GH₵ 100,000 to the victims in the Volta Region.
The Presentation were made at a durbar at Sogakope by Hon Kofi Attor and Mr. Ebenezer Ahumah Djietror, the Chief of Staff at the office of the Speaker and a Deputy Clerk to Parliament respectively.
Receiving the donation, Hon Wisdom Kobena Woyome, MP for South Tongu expressed his appreciation to Mr. Speaker and Parliament as a whole.
