Black Princesses arrive in Bolgota ahead of FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup

The Black Princesses have arrived in Bogotá, Colombia ahead of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

The team departed Accra Tuesday evening and arrived in the Colombian capital at about 5:45pm (Local time) on Wednesday.

The Colombian Policia welcomed the team to loud cheers and music in a short ceremony at the airport upon arrival.

The team will engage in a couple of international friendly matches before the tournament officially kicks start on August 31, 2024.

The Black Princesses will open their campaign against Austria on September 2 before taking on Japan and New Zealand in the other group E matches.

Premier League: Hearts of Oak aim to end winless run against Nations FC today

Hearts of Oak will aim to end their three-game winless run when they welcome Nations FC to the Tuba Astro Turf on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
