Caroline Dodd trumpets God’s goodness with “I Am”

US-based Ghanaian musician, Caroline Dodd has released a new song to proclaim the goodness of God.

The new song dubbed “I Am” is inspired by how God meets the needs of people in diverse times and seasons of life.

Speaking about the new song, she said it was written when her family was going through a difficult transition in “our life and as I went into prayer the Lord said ‘I am that I am is my name’ watch me (God) as I carry you through this turbulent season and indeed He (God) did.”

According to her, God told Moses in the burning bush encounter when he asked “God when I go, and people demand who sent me, God told him to tell Pharaoh I AM THAT I AM sent you”

She said that by this, God revealed the multifaceted nature of His being and the ability He possesses to come through for anyone regardless of the challenges they encounter.

“These became evident when He became their healer when healing was required, providing manna when the Israelites were hungry and making water available in their time of thirst,” she said.

Minister Dodd further noted that this song is a touching reminder that God is capable and willing to deal with any situation in your life and that He (God) is not overwhelmed by one’s problems.

“If He did it for the Israelites, then He will do it for you,” she added.
