Check behaviour of some bus drivers, conductors
Dear Editor,
I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned about the rude behaviour of some bus drivers and conductors.
Some of these drivers and conductors lack some basic manners.
They disregard the elderly passengers. Moreover, they do break the traffic signals and often overtaking. They do not care whether the passengers have been able to board the bus or not. The language used by them is rude and very disrespectful.
I am appealing to the various transport management agencies to check this behaviour of their members and give proper training to them.
Respect is reciprocal so much as they demand respect from their clients or passengers, they must also be mindful of the need to extend same to the patrons of their services.
