Chocolate cake

●2 cups of white sugar
● 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
● ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
● 1 ½ teaspoonsful of baking powder
● 1 ½ teaspoonsful of baking soda
● 1 teaspoonful of salt
● 2 large eggs
● 1 cup of milk
● ½ cup of vegetable oil
● 2 teaspoonfuls of vanilla extract
● 1 cup of boiling water
Preparation
– Mix the dry ingredients in
a large bowl
-Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl
-Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; mix for two minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer
-Stir in the boiling water
-Pour evenly into the prepared pans
-Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
