Footprint TV will continue evangelism mission – Albert Acheampong

Founder of Footprint TV, Albert Acheampong has revealed his resolve to continuously use the new 24-hour channel to evangelise to the youth.

He believes that platforms like Footprint has a responsibility to win the youth for the kingdom through entertaining Christian programmes.

Speaking to The Spectator during the launch of the new 24-hour Footprint Television channel at Adenta, Albert Acheampong said, for the past 13 years, it has been a normal TV programme on other channels.

He said God has been good to him and the team throughout the years making it possible for them to establish their own platform.

“On this occasion I would like to express my appreciation to other stakeholders who have supported us over the years,” he said.

Mr. Acheampong said, “like our slogan, ‘Here to Bless’ we will continue to project the entertainment side of the gospel as we have done over the years.”

He said with this new channel, they intend to do more Christian entertainment programmes, and for this reason they have lined up activities to reach out to the youth as a form of evangelism.

The event was attended by wonderful Men of God and gospel musicians who graced the stage with scintillating performances.
