Gospel musicians need your support – Estelle Safowaa

Estelle Safowaa
Estelle Safowaa, a Ghanaian gospel musician, has urged stakeholders to pay attention to gospel musicians in the country and beyond.
Estelle Safowaa said the responsibility of gospel musicians was very huge, and required adequate support to accomplish the evangelism drive through music.
Speaking to The Spectator she said “gospel musicians go through a lot to produce a single or an album due to live production and some quality expected in their works”.
This notwithstanding, she was of the view that the support systems were not adequate or non-existent in the industry.
Against this background, Estelle Safowaa urged event organisers, media personalities, financiers, men of God, Corporate Ghana and stakeholders to pay attention to the gospel need of musicians.
This, she said, would go a long way to positively affect their career, adding that Ghanaian gospel musicians possessed the capabilities to break barriers, but only needed the right support to make it happen.
Estelle Safowaa is currently making waves with her single “He Reigns” featuring Joe Mettle.
Estelle Safowaa said the song was composed to praise God for His wonderful works and to make the nations aware of His loving and caring nature.
“My song is to praise and exalt God and appreciate his wonderful works. He is the King of Kings, ruler who reigns forever and Father of all Nations since creation,” she said.
She further explained the message in the song, “The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the LORD – Psalm: 146:10.”
According to her, “Joe Mettle accepted to be on the song because he understood the assignment God had placed on our hands as gospel musicians to reach out to thousands of lost souls out there to understand the saving knowledge of Jesus.”
