Kingdom Excellence Leadership University awards Doctorates in Divinity and humanity to 5 pastors
The Kingdom Excellence Leadership University, a private religious leadership institution has awarded five ministers with Doctorates in Divinity and Humanity.
The recipients included Apostle Dr. I. K. Arthur, Rev. Dr. Richard Mensah-Dzah, Apostle Dr. Prince Charles Asiamah, Bishop Dr. Joshua Maccarthy and Rev Dr Augustine Quainoo.
The event was part of the school’s 25th Honourary Awards and Ordination ceremony held in Accra at which certificates and Citation of Honour were presented to them.
Addressing guests at the ceremony, the Chancellor of the University, Bishop Dr. Joseph Mihaye, urged the recipients to exhibit commitment, dedication, and a deep sense of empathy in their respective spheres.
According to Bishop Mihaye, true leadership goes beyond traditional notions of power and influence to creating a harmonious society where individuals can thrive with conflicts resolved peacefully to enable communities to flourish.
According to the Bishop, peace is not something that can be achieved overnight; it requires continuous effort, collaboration, and a commitment to resolve conflicts through nonviolent means.
“By embracing the pillars of the Positive Peace Framework, you can leverage your positions of leadership to foster trust, dialogue, and cooperation among diverse communities which is your responsibility in promoting inclusivity and equality towards social justice,” he said.
Apostel Dr. I.K. Arthur, on behalf of the recipients, thanked the school for the knowledge planted in them to foster positive peace in all their endeavours.
