Popcorn at home

• Pop corn
Ingredients
-1/4 cup of vegetable or coconut oil
-1/2 cup popcorn kernels (yellow or white)
-Salt or sugar, to taste
Preparation
-Pour the oil into a large heavybottom pot (with lid.) The oil should cover the bottom of the pot
-Warm the oil over medium-high heat
-Place the kernels in the oil, in the centre of the pot
– Add sugar or salt to it and cover
-Wait for the kernels to pop
-Pour in a dry bowl and serve
