Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa petitions OSP over alleged US$34.9 million Ambulance Scandal

Member of Parliament (MP) for the people of Kpando Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has petitioned the Office of Special Prosecutor over alleged US$34.9millionAmbulance Spare Parts Scandal.
Announcing this on his social media platforms he stated that “I have duly petitioned the Office of the Special Prosecutor on the US$34.9million Ambulance Spare Parts Scandal.”
According to him, “It is unacceptable that after 24-hours since my exposé, government has been unable to speak, and at least provide a breakdown of the US$113,695.45 it claims to be spending on spare parts for each ambulance when that amount can get us a new fully-equipped modern ambulance.”
“May we be successful in blocking the outstanding payments and retrieving the lost funds.This latest Akufo-Addo/Bawumia/Ofori-Atta ‘create, loot and share’ scheme shall also be defeated with the power of the people!For God and Country.

In a Facebook post on Monday, July 22, Mr.Ablakwa accused former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta and former Health Minister Kwaku Agyeman-Manu of colluding with a private company to defraud the state.
The Member of Parliament claims Ofori-Atta hurriedly approved the deal just five days before leaving office.
