Instructions
Boil water and add ginger, cloves and leave for about two minutes
Put the hibiscus flowers with spices into the water and allow it to boil for another three minutes
Leave the mixture to cool and then drain. Add sugar to taste.
Fill up in bottles and seal. Leave to chill in fridge or store in a freezer if you have made it in large quantity.
