According to him ‘I love the way’ talks about how God’s love sustains and carries His children through difficult times.

Dr Badu, known for his smooth and steady gospel beats, brings a fresh twist to this song by incorporating the popular Amapiano music style. This change brings new energy to his music, making it more vibrant and danceable and accessible to different audiences, especially the youth.

The chorus, “You are the one that turns my mourning into dancing,” powerfully reflects how God wipes away tears and brings joy to His followers, he explained.

The award winning artiste emphasised God’s sovereignty, by the many attribution to him in both Ghanaian and Nigerian dialects to connect with listeners from different African cultures.

The lyrics encourage listeners to reflect on God’s love and inspire them to build a relationship with Him.
