-11/2 Cup Of Fresh Frozen Strawberries
-1 Cup Of Low Fat Milk
-2 Tablespoonfuls Of Honey
Preparation
-Place Banana, Strawberries And Green Yoghurt In Blender.
– Blend Until Puree Turns Smooth.
-Add More Milk Or Water If Smoothie Is Too Thick To Blend.
-Taste And Add A Bit Of Honey If Desired To Sweeten.
