Two delegations pay courtesy call on IGP
Two delegations from the University of Ghana Medical Centre and University of Fraser Valley, Canada, on Tuesday, AAugust 6, 2024, paid a courtesy call on the Inspector-General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, at the National Police Headquarters in Accra.
The delegation from the University of Ghana Medical Centre, led by Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kwame Anim-Boamah, commended IGP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare and the Police Administration for the positive transformation of the Ghana Police Service during their visit.
The University of the Fraser Valley was represented by Associate Professor and Head of the Political Science Department, Dr. Edward Akuffo, and Associate Vice President of UFV International, David McGuire.
Discussions during the visits were on a range of topics, including educational initiatives.
