Formerly known in showbiz as Black Spartan, the young lad who is fast becoming the pride of the Krobo land told The Spectator Agoro in an interview that, he raps in his dialect in a quest to become a voice for his people.

Though he has some music in English, he said, he was focused on making a mark with his language and give his people something to cheer about.

“My album would be full of new songs that would talk about issues of society since music is not only about entertainment but also motivate and inspire people,” he stated.

“I also put my personal experience into my music which resonates with a lot of people in Ghana and the world at large,” he stressed.

For example, a song like ‘Adidikorngme’ has received a lot of praise from young people as it talks about their struggles in life and gave the hope for the future.

He also appealed for support from individuals and corporate entities to help upcoming artistes come to the limelight.

“The old folks or established artistes can take up the young ones and support them to become great. That way, we can preserve a great future for the music industry,” he stated.
