Diana Hamilton, Mercy Chinwo thrill gospel music lovers at ‘Awake Experience’ concert

Hundreds of gospel lovers who thronged the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) auditorium in Teshie, Accra on Sunday were treated to an unforgettable experience by gospel greats Diana Hamilton and Mercy Chinwo.
Dubbed ‘Awake Experience’ concert, the award winning Diana Hamilton and her Nigerian counterpart entertained the guests with their spirit-filled performances.
The evening began with a performance by the legendary Daughters of Glorious Jesus to set the stage for the celebrated Nigerian, Mercy Chinwo, who lifted the roof with her hit song “Na You Dey Reign” among others.
Then came the main act, Diana Hamilton who took over to maintain the energy before inviting Mercy over to treat the audience to their chart-topping collaboration, ‘The Doing of the Lord.’
The concert attracted several dignitaries including Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo-Prampram, Sam George, former Attorney General Betty Mould Iddrisu, former Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, Minister for Works and Housing designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and former Minister of State, Elizabeth Ohene
